Black History Month 2020

October sees Black History Month and the annual celebration of African and Caribbean cultures, as well as those of the wider diaspora. Springwest Academy is committed to creating a range of learning opportunities for students.  This month we will be delivering assemblies; hosting discussion groups for KS4 students; posting discussion topics on Google classroom for all year groups to explore the vast history and experiences of Black people as well as competitions for students to show off their own knowledge!
