Mental Health Awareness Week
- Students in Years 7 to Year 9 are completing a Mental Health and wellbeing survey
- All Year Groups are doing different activities in form time looking at Mental Health and their own wellbeing. 1) Practicing being positive which is crucial for success- writing positive messages for others. 2) Find joy in the little things- a focus on noticing the little things that make you happy.
- This week also sees the Launch of Think Ninja which is an app designed to support young people with developing for positive mental health and wellbeing strategies. This will be launched during assemblies for Year 7- Year 10 and Year 11 during PREP.
