Year 9 has won Twickenham Cricket Club ‘Young Player of the Season Award’.

Ajmal Allahdad has thrived under the challenge of representing his school and his club. He has shown tremendous dedication to developing his own ability through not only organised training sessions but in his own time. Ajmal has scored a total of 679 runs whilst representing U14-U15 and adult teams. Two of his highlight performances were scoring 167* not out (9 fours and 11 sixes) in an U14 T20 fixture against Teddington Town; and secondly scoring 50 runs in 6 overs in an U21 match. Ajmal has demonstrated a great range of shots within colts and adults matches, including the reverse sweep and ramp shot. This has led to Ajmal being selected to attend the Middlesex County Cricket U16 Provisional Winter Training Programme. Congratulations to Ajmal!
