YR10 GCSE Photographers visit the Victoria and Albert Museum
We recently took a group of year 10 photography students on a trip into London to visit the Victoria & Albert Museum. These GCSE students were using the historic sight as a location shoot for their ‘Portraits’ and ‘Inside Out’ projects. We focused our visit mainly in the Medieval rooms and the casting courts, as these gave the most interesting backgrounds for their shots. The students made full use of the opportunity to shoot in this beautiful location, helping to ensure that the images they have taken will make their work unique and varied.
The students have since brought their photos back to school and will focus on selecting and editing the best ones over the coming weeks to be put forward for their final project outcomes.
