Hounslow Youth Speaks Competition

A huge congratulations to Lily Brown, Akhila Vairale, Muhammed Usman, Youssef Garyaoui and Aaaminah Aziz for their brilliant debating in the Hounslow Youth Speaks Competition on Thursday night. Students had to speak for 15 minutes as a team on a topic of their choice: our intermediate team deliberated whether Disney movies should be abolished, whilst our senior team weighed up the pros and cons of artificial intelligence. It was their first ever debating competition and they made the school incredibly proud - and the senior team even came runners up in their category! Please do congratulate these students if you see them around school - the first of many successful debates to come.
