Parents' Evenings
Parents' evenings at Springwest Academy take place virtually - there are no face-to-face parents' evenings. Families can now visit our easy-to-use online appointment booking system called School Cloud so that they can book appointments with their child's teachers to discuss their progress.
If you are a parent/carer, please use our Parent Guide to Booking Appointments to log into School Cloud and select the times you wish to have a video call with each of your child's teachers. The details that you enter on the log-in page must match the details we hold or you will not be able to log in.
Once you have booked your appointments, you will receive an email confirming the time slots you have selected. Please use this Parent Guide to Attending Appointments to see how to connect to your booked video calls. Please note that each appointment will end automatically after 5 minutes.
