While it was disappointing that we had to cancel our live #WeAreOne event, we were lucky enough to have a ‘sharing of work’ for our Performing Arts and Visual Arts pathway students on Thursday 15th July. Over the summer term, students from both pathways took part in a variety of workshops developing skills followed by a workshop with Amnesty International.
All students were given the project brief based around creating a piece of Art (Visual or Performance) on the topic of ‘Human Rights’ and they then shared the work they had produced at the event.
We are so impressed with the excellent work that these students have contributed throughout the Arts Award process and we look forward to handing out certificates and badges to Arts Award students in September.
