Think Ninja is a free mental health app that offers students tips and advice on coping in times of need. We have a dedicated page about this app here.

Hounslow Youth Counselling Service offer free support to 11-25 year olds. Just pick up the phone to HYCS to request free 1-2-1 counselling support if you are 11-25 and live, study or work in Hounslow Borough. Call us on 020 8568 1818 or find out more from their website.

If you need urgent help text  85258. All texts are answered by trained volunteers, with support from experienced clinical supervisors. Texts are free from EE, O2, Vodafone, 3, Virgin Mobile, BT Mobile, GiffGaff, Tesco Mobile and Telecom Plus

Zoom Conference Service
We will be running weekly sessions via our Zoom conference services. They will be taking place:
• Every Monday 10AM – 11Am
• Every Wednesday 2PM – 3PM
We will be providing information and signposting, and guidance and support to residents worried about the current outbreak of Covid-19 (Coronavirus). We will publish, the login address and access code which is all that is required for anyone to join the group.
