At Springwest we place huge emphasis on character for our staff and students. In addition to kindness, we prioritise collaboration amongst staff so that we can work together to provide a great education

All staff have a designated SLT Line Manager, as well as Head of Department. Staff are also able to ask for support from our in house HR department

We offer bespoke guidance to our staff at all stages of their careers. All teaching staff are involved in a weekly coaching programme.  All leaders are also supported to develop leadership skills through the ‘Leadership Development Programme’

Being kind, considerate and caring towards colleagues and students is important to you

You enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues; sharing and developing curricula and projects together

You have high expectations of all students, believing that barriers to learning such as socio-economic background does not dictate a person’s ability to achieve well
