Fish Heroes

Springwest food department took delivery of 8KGs of fresh mussels on Thursday 23rd November as part of the Fish Heroes Program. This nationwide initiative provides free deliveries to schools to encourage students to learn about the sustainability of fish, health benefits and of course how to prepare and cook delicious dishes. A thoroughly enjoyable lesson.
