Year 11 Hospitality and Catering students were aiming high in this week during their lesson by making fruit tarts with creme patisserie. These tarts covered a range of skills including tempering and blind baking which tick distinction level criteria for their practical exam. Not only did they look beautiful, they tasted phenomenal too!
