ARC Trip to Water and Steam Museum
BackNews
On Thursday 26th January, our ARC students went on an incredibly exciting trip to the Water and Steam Museum. Our pupils had a unique learning experience, exploring scientific and technological concepts within the historic water pumping station. They got to explore the world's largest collection of stationary steam engines and discover the role of the Kew Bridge Waterworks.
The Students enjoyed the hands-on workshops and interactive Science, where they managed to do experiments exploring energy stores and transfers in machines and made their own water filtration apparatus. Students and staff learnt a lot and enjoyed their day.
