Equipment (Ready To Learn)

At Springwest all students are expected to bring their own equipment to every lesson and arrive fully prepared and Ready to Learn.

This approach aligns with our high expectations of students and reinforces the importance of personal organisation. It also allows teachers to focus on teaching and creates a purposeful learning environment.

All students are required to bring the following equipment to school in a pencil case:

• A black or blue pen
• A green pen
• A pencil
• A ruler
• A rubber

Tutors will conduct equipment checks twice a week in Prep. Students with missing equipment will be logged by their Tutor. Families will then be informed by text that the student is missing equipment. The Tutor will then check again the following day. If a student does not have the necessary equipment the follow up check, Tutors will follow up with a phone call and inform the Head of Year.

Equipment Shop

We are also pleased to inform you that the Springwest Equipment Shop is now open in the school Library. Students can purchase any of the required equipment before school, during Prep, at break or at lunchtime and payment will be added to your child's Parentpay account.
