Springwest Academy... a place where staff belong

Springwest presented the new 'Service Award' this January.

80% of staff have worked for 3 years or more and proudly wear the Silver Award and 38% of staff have worked for an incredible 10 years or more and gained the Gold Award.

This year we introduced the 'Boomerang Award' for those staff who return to us and there are calls for a 'Platinum Award' as 17 staff have served the school for 20 years or more.
